Bow Valley Parkway Vacation Packages

Cleanliness was very poor. The floors were flithy, there was dust everywhere, and there was mould and mildew in the shower. It made me wonder if the room had been cleaned at all. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, and provided me a 10% discount as an apology, but I feel like it should have been 30%. Any hotel room should be clean, but especially when the room costs $750 per night.

Great place to stay! I loved their breakfast and the breakfast staff were amazing and friendly. Front desk was okay! Overall amazing i would stay again

The view was very stunning.... my children enjoyed the pool and it's warm even it's a little bit windy.... the staff was very friendly. They allow us for a late check out but it depends even the hotel was fully book ot not: overall 10/10 experience with the hotel. We will come back.
